Overview
Multi-phased renovation of over 65,000 SF at the John Glenn Columbus International Airport which includes aesthetic upgrades to the entire baggage claim area (terrazzo, carpet, tile, ceilings, lights, HVAC, phasing, demo, etc.), renovation of two sets of restroom, and administration offices. It is anticipated that the scope of the project will expand to include curb front improvements, Concourse A handler replacements and administrative office window replacements. CK has enjoyed a lasting relationship with the Columbus Regional Airport Authority, having worked on multiple previous projects, including a $10 million terminal enhancements renovation/addition project which was fast-tracked and completed one month ahead of schedule.
