Gravity 2.0 represents a continued investment in the growing Franklinton region of Columbus. New construction will include multiple structures on the city block of Broad and McDowell Streets. The entire project will include: a 12-story, 300,000 SF mixed-use residential tower; a six-story, 205,000 SF office building; an 889-space parking garage; a five-story townhome and apartment building that will line the west side of the garage; a five-story apartment building featuring “co-living” units; and a courtyard space accessible from Broad Street. CK is currently the CM for the residential tower, the office building, and parking garage. CK is also providing additional trades services for some of the other buildings on site.
