The project includes:
- Indoor eight-lane competition pool
- Indoor activity pool
- Indoor track
- Health and fitness center with yoga, group exercise, and spinning studios
- Gymnasium with a collegiate basketball court and two AAU basketball courts
- Locker rooms
- Administrative offices
