Overview
Redevelopment and revitalization project of the Pickaway County Fairgrounds in Circleville for the Pickaway Commissioners’ Office. The project includes demolishing existing, outdated, failing structures and utilities, constructing five new animal barns, indoor multi‐purpose arena, outdoor show arena, amphitheater, and midway area. The first phase of the project includes seven buildings, an outdoor amphitheater, and reconstruction of the existing parking lot. The project is transforming the property into a year-round exposition facility with the ability to host concerts, trade shows, and livestock events.
